TAKELO Milestones

Wuxi TAKELO was established, primarily engaged in the manufacturing of couplings for OCTG and drill pipes. TAKELO started the business of OEM production by supplying Hilong’s OCTG and drill pipe couplings, our products also supported Hilong's overseas drilling operations.

A dedicated R&D department for pipe threading machine conveyor was established. In the same year, we successfully delivered and installed a full set of Model 180 threading machine conveyor for Hengyang Steel Tube, as well as similar device to match PMC-Colinet for Wuxi Seamless Steel Pipe.

We expanded our product range to include upsetting line auxiliary machines and pipe marking systems. With increasing demand, we invested in advanced CNC machining centers and welding machines. Our team grew by over 50 employees, and we began serving major Chinese OCTG manufacturers such as CNPC Steel Pipe, TPCO, and Baosteel, while providing complete after-sales service and technical support.

We developed and launched swage machines and painting system, which gained rapid adoption by leading casing manufacturers including Vallourec, Tenaris, and Changbao Steel. Swage machines became one of our flagship products, representing our technical leadership in this field, also establishing us as a market leader in this sector in China.

We introduced advanced length measuring and weighing equipment, which significantly improved operational efficiency for our clients and contributed to continued steady growth of the company.

We successfully developed our hydraulic make-up & break-out machines. Since these machines been introduced to the market, we have received high praise from customers for their reliability and performance, with sales growing year by year.

With years of continuous growth, our annual sales have surpassed USD 20 million. Our workforce has grown to 150 employees, encompassing all functional departments including production, R&D, sales, and support services. We have recruited a team of experienced professionals in international trade. Our pipe processing equipment division has expanded into markets across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Meanwhile, our oil tools division now supplies a full line of oilfield products, including drilling tools and well control equipment, offering customers more integrated solutions and services.
