Wuxi Takelo Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Takelo"), successfully delivered two units of Model 340 high-grade steel swaging machines to Hunan Hengyang Steel Tube Co., Ltd. (Henggang Group). The machines, designed for special thread manufacturing in Casing&Tubing (OCTG), is expected to significantly enhance production efficiency and establish a new benchmark in China's high-end Oilfield Tubular production equipment sector.
Advanced Technology Drives Productivity Gains
The delivered swaging machines incorporate Takelo's proprietary "High-Grade Steel swaging Strengthening Process," which optimizes die stress distribution and feed control systems to achieve a 30% year-on-year productivity increase while ensure machining precision. The equipment also integrates an intelligent temperature control compensation system, enabling processing of X80 and higher-grade steel pipes.
Prior to this delivery, the Model 340 swaging machines have demonstrated reliable performance in leading enterprises such as Baosteel and Baoji Oil & Gas Steel Pipe, operating continuously for over 8,000 hours with a 99.8% qualified product rate.
