Product Specifications
1.Material & Processing: Forged from a single ingot with a weldless design and then heat-treated to meet the full requirements of API Spec 8C.
2.Quality Assurance: 100% magnetic particle inspection (MPI) for surface cracks and ultrasonic testing (UT) to detect internal flaws.
3.Load Testing: Proof-tested at 2 x rated load for 30 minutes in accordance with API 8C Section 6.2.
4.Deformation Tolerance: Permanent deformation does not exceed 0.1% of eye diameter.
